Between The Buns started in May 2021 as a single shipping container in Lakehouse, New Cairo. From day one, the formula was simple: exceptional quality, rebellious attitude, zero compromise.
Today we operate three active branches with a centralised kitchen producing fresh buns, sauces, and prep daily. We've built a brand with genuine cultural resonance — not just a restaurant, but a destination.
